| 1992 Porsche 944 S2 Coupe - Final
Edition Low & Genuine 90200 Miles Original Superb Condition 18 Stamp Service Record An Appreciating Model To Keep First registered 18.05.1992 making it amongst the very last of the S2 cars made. Pre delivery inspected 14.05.92 by JCT 600 and delivered to the first Lady owner in Hull rendering itself the last of its kind. Finished in wonderfully flat and period Alpine White, the colour is fantastic and for me the colour is key to the model. The service record makes very good reading being maintained by OPC and other independents, this has truly been a loved car. The spec was beefed up towards the last year of production and the final cars all had higher spec and Porsche Script seats and door cards together with tweaks to the body and spoilers. This car is a total pleasure to drive, its so smooth and fluid, moving as one piece. The gears changes are life a knife through butter, wonderfully balanced and poised whilst maintaining a level of comfort and road holding that many have aspired to, and never achieved. When you get one that is right, its all makes sense. Chassis : WPOZZZ94ZMN400329 Engine : 42M00711 - Alpine White - Bridge Spoiler - Limited Slip Differential - D90 Alloys 16 " Pirelli P6000 tyres - Headlight washers - Blaupunkt Hi-Fi sound system - Amplifier system graphic equalizer - Windshield green graduated tint - Sunroof - Full electric pack Recent Maintenance The car wants for nothing looking and driving exactly as it should thanks to knowledgeable enthusiastic owners and those that are prepared to spend. Condition The paint work is very pleasing with little to no imperfections. A light detailing session reveals a truly original car with quality paint work right into the edges and the gaps. The correct D90 alloys complete a wholly original specification with nothing added or subtracted. All the black work and seals that can perish over time are in fine order. The interior carpets to boot and floor are original. The dash is in excellent condition and all switchgear works as intended. The seating and headlining again in excellent untouched condition with no repairs. The engine bay is very tidy indeed. Peeling the carpet away in the boot reveals how original it truly is as the images all suggest. I have inspected the underside and was amazed at how clean and dry it is with no corrosion and needless to say, no leaks. Anyone would struggle to source a better 944 and one that is properly set up ready to be enjoyed. This car will pass any inspection and reckon it to suit even the fussiest of standards, with ongoing maintenance and improvement over the years as and when this could be a special car.
