Current miles 104,200. A complete history accompanies within a display
binder and remarkably all the old Mot's too. There is an invoice for each
service stamp, quite a collection and a vast sum spent over the years.
Needless to say it drives 100% and requires no maintenance whatsoever. Too
much maintenance to even begin listing here, give me a call and I'll take you
through the history if you are genuinely interested. Current Mot is September
and there is no advisory information.

The Anomaly
Porsche do not recognise the Sport as being a model. Call the OPC for parts
and quote the chassis number, they tell you it's a Club Sport. A Certificate of
Authenticity states these cars to be Club Sport. Many LHD Club Sports on the
continent have spec beyond the UK only Sport (leather, elec seats and ac
for example), making even a Sport every bit a Club Sport in all but the log
book. The differences between them are minor but this Sport has had some of
those weight saving options retrofitted.

Paintwork
Paintwork is great, virtually unmarked exterior though it does have the odd
stone chip and age related mark but very few and far between. It maintains a
fresh appearance. A walk around reveals some nice details.. Windscreen seal,
sunroof seal, door handle gaskets, bonnet badge gaskets etc. are all brand
new. Some stone chips on the hockey sticks/sills which is totally forgivable. The
body itself is straight and with no signs of previous damage or abuse. When
viewed as a whole with those immaculate red wheels and the details within
them, this will satisfy any keen eye. Lift the bonnet or boot floor carpet at a show
and you can be very proud, it's stunning even where the sun does not shine. The
magnifying brigade are welcome here.

Alloys
Cup II wheels look amazing colour coded in any colour, in particular these do
looks amazing if you serve them in Guards Red with zero marks. Add fresh
centre caps, nice unmarked fresh lightweight black nuts, some new valves and
valve caps, finish by wrapping them in good rubber. These look real sharp.
Top marks again.

Cabin
Climb aboard, inside the cabin is a joy, lightweight comfort Recaro's in top
order the carpet throughout the cabin appears literally as new with no wear or
fade as do the floor mats which are actually brand new fresh out the packet for
the pictures, the steering wheel appears like new with lovely stitching and as
new nice matt finish. The six-speed gear shifter has a supple unworn gaiter it
looks and feels just right. No cracks in the dashboard and a working LCD clock.
Headlining and all associated vinyl trim is in perfect order with no deform
or swelling as they can do. Add up all these details, it comes to a perfect near
concours condition cabin.

Club Sport specific weight saving optional Spec:
- Delete Rear seat
- Delete boot lock and motor mechanisms
- Manual boot release with pull T handle
- Rear shelf with Cargo net

The condition all round is inspiring and will satisfy even the most fastidious new
keeper, It wants for nothing and looks it's best. Would suit an enthusiast or collector.
A wonderful immaculate and tight car the likes of which is sure to appreciate.

The pinnacle of Porsche's continuous development of its original 4cyl water
cooled front engine, even today for the purist driver it remains a sensation
almost unequalled in any other Sports car. The 968 is the ultimate evolution
of that classic formula that had been refined since the late '70's.

Please call or email for further details.
Part exchanges are welcome.
HPi Clear in all respects.
