1995 E36 BMW M3 SALOON 5 SPEED MANUAL 63000 Miles - Full BMW Dealer Service History Hellrot Red/Black Leather/Contour Alloys Show Car - A Piece Of Motoring History 131 HD Images Chassis no : WBSCB9204EW30270 Engine no : 60161072 Reg : N883 VSA First registered and pre delivery inspected by John Clark BMW in Aberdeen on 14.11.1995. This a matching numbers M3 with original factory panels and has never been bumped or subject to any insurance claims, its as pure as they come. The service book is stamped entirely with BMW dealer stamps and quality parts have always been used in the servicing process, the car to date has had 5 previous keepers, however, has been owned by the same family since 2001, covering very few miles in recent years, though stored with sympathy. The service book details 9 dealer stamps inclusive of the important running in service. Nineties model M3s with this degree of originality are becoming a thing of the past, I am delighted to be stocking such a rare car. Its a complete story with full toolkit, leather wallet, two keys, remote central locking pad, full size spare alloy with good tyre, BMW glove torch, first aid kit, 2 locking wheel keys, period Pioneer head unit with boot mounted CD changer, warning triangle, fitted carpet mats, Haynes workshop manual, genuine BMW touch in stick, MOT history, historic V5 logbooks, 2 keys, and a comprehensive spread of servicing paperwork detailing all monies spent with no gaps, inclusive of correspondence between owners and the dealer for recalls. All adding up to a no brainer investment Motorsport BMW for the serious enthusiast or collector. Recently MOTD with no advisories or concerns, I have driven the car at length and its absolutely superb in all areas. Having just clicked over onto 63000 miles, this is surely one of the lowest mileage examples in the country, moving forward this car will only ever pile on value given the four-door model is hard to source coupled with the winning combination of Red with Black leathers which has an enduring appeal that transcends time. Optional Factory Specification - Hellrot Red - Contour alloys - Black Sport leather - Burr wood dash finish - Air Conditioning - Chrome M gear knob - 4 spoke Airbag steering wheel - Passenger airbag - Retractable rear blind - Non sunroof model - Fitted carpet mats Aftermarket Specification - Magnex S/S exhaust (cat back) - Angel Eyes The E36 M3 3.0 - "The Ultimate Driving Machine" In used form this is a car that represents an achievable dream, a vehicle that can mix it with a Porsche 911 yet still carry four in comfort. Its as smooth and refined as you want it to be and then capable of genuinely startling acceleration. Even by today's standard its power allows the car to achieve sixty in under 6 seconds and onto a limited 155 mph. The mid-range torque remains extremely impressive, the engine charging progressively harder and harder through and beyond the seven thousand zone never letting up for air and without hesitation or flatness, this M3 has been really cherished and the low miles are not just evident in the way it looks, it drives properly too. I cannot recall driving any other M3 that feels as box fresh as this. Rarely will you encounter a straighter more honest E36 model, the engine is totally silent from cold and when revved with the characteristic sewing machine sound. This model was only built for just under two years and comes with the desirable, tuneful and tough naturally aspirated single Vanos 3.0 M Power straight 6 engine that produces an effortless and smooth 286 bhp. Thanks to its high power and the cars light weight it is exceptionally quick yet still refined. It looks relatively harmless, and when you step inside you find a beautiful and comfortable vehicle. But once you start the engine, you notice this is not a normal engine. When you keep your foot on the accelerator the engine will revs up to 8,000 rpm, this is almost like a racing car for the road. This engine is known for its durability and efficiency as well as its performance, being able to return 30mpg on a run and cover vast mileages with ease. The later, more common 3.2 EVO cars were more powerful but can suffer from mechanical issues due to their more complex dual Vanos valve control system and notchy 6 speed gearbox. The E36 M3 also happens to be hands-down one of the most exhilarating cars ever made for the money. While the E30 was rawer, purer, and the E46 which directly followed it was a lot more powerful, the E36 trounced all in terms of handling. Not as refined or advanced as modern models, it is just as fun, if not more. Lighter, smaller and easier to control, its slight power disadvantage also means that drivers can get the most out of it at an accessible level. Recent A new MOT was done a few weeks ago and it passed with no advisories. A new battery has been fitted alongside two new rear tyres. The fuel gauge was erratic so a new fuel sender has been fitted also. Other recent work has included two new top strut mounts and a brake caliper being replaced. Alloys/Tyres The Contour alloys are immaculate with no marks, inside and out with the correct diamond cut finish. The tyres are all matching premium Goodyear Eagles. Summary This model with low miles will look after its own residual, surely one for the collector or serious enthusiast, this car needs a garage and dry sunny drives. A rare opportunity. Many HD images should leave no doubt as to the superb condition it’s in.
