The E36 M3
In used form this is a car that represents an achievable dream, a vehicle
that can mix it with a 90s Porsche 911 yet still carry four in comfort. Its as
smooth and refined as you want it to be whilst capable of genuinely startling
acceleration on demand. Even by today's standard the 286 bhp allows the car to
achieve sixty in under 6 seconds and onto a limited 155 mph. The mid range
acceleration remains extremely impressive, the engine charging progressively
harder and harder this just one of the defining characteristic's of the model.

The market will turn up a cars available in various guise, over the years we
have traded them all, good, bad, exceptional and indifferent. The majority of
them have fallen by the wayside, been scrapped, turned into track cars, stolen
and burned out, exported etc. Of the cars left some will be tatty, some will be
usable running restos and a select number left will present in this condition.
3.0 Pre evolution Coupes are becoming rather hard to find and the values are
beginning to rise as a result, benefiting from significant advantages over the
later model which are hotly debated it is generally regarded as being one of
the most reliable high performance engines BMW have ever produced.

truly relish a paper trail with a classic car then the search is over. No
outstanding items in what is almost too finished a vehicle to be using,
it deserves now to be stored and used carefully and sparingly by a knowledgable
symtpathetic enthusiast.

The essential running in service was completed at 1100 miles and the book
details 13 engine services however that is the tip of the iceberg, the

Coachwork

is beautiful with no shortcomings. This is a rot free car with all the

coated and poly bushed. Inside the engine bay is pristine, top of the
suspension struts as new, the boot area is perfect as pictured with the
spare wheel removed for total transparency. The paint is a real credit to
its years, high gloss detailed finish with no blemishes.

Rims/Tyres
Arguably the prettiest of all the M wheels of the period. The 17 " genuine
Contours are in excellent order inside and out retaining a high level of
finish. All tyres matching Goodyear and good front to rear.
